We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our team.

About the project:
RxWare provides digital infrastructure for specialty pharmaceutical brands that struggle with Rx abandonment by activating patients as soon as the Rx is captured in the EHR, including consent, affordability, and Hub enrollment.

We are a fast growing startup spanning 3 countries.

The RxWare Patient Journey Gateway helps patients and caregivers navigate the complexities of getting on and staying on therapy

Requirements:
— Experience in the technical position of account manager — 5+ years
— B2+ English language level to communicate with the team and the US client
— Willingness to work according to the US time zone

Soft skills:
— Communication and Active Listening skills
— Problem Solving and Relationship Building
— Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle, Agile methodologies, and how software gets developed, tested, and deployed
— Data Analysis
— Knowledge of Escalation and Protocols
— Source Control knowledge of version control systems like Git to understand how software updates are managed
— Ability to automate tasks using scripting languages

Technical skills:
— Knowledge Bases (e.g. FreshDesk,Confluence) — 2-3 years
— Collaboration Tools (e.g. Slack) — mandatory — 2-3 years
— Understanding how APIs work, including RESTful services — mandatory — 2-3 years.
— Experience in Postman — mandatory — 2-3 years
— Python, Bash, or PowerShell — 2-3 years
— SQL — 2-3 years
— Data Representations (e.g. JSON, XML, yaml, etc) — mandatory — 1-2 years
— Remote Support Tools (e.g. AnyDesk, TeamViewer) — basic knowledge
— Ticketing Systems (e.g. Freshdesk) — not required

Nice to have:
— HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
— CRM Software (e.g. Salesforce)
— Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud: Tableau
