Responsibilities:
— Take care of 3 small outsource projects
— Work closely with the company’s C-level
— Establish new processes
— Maintain company documentation
— Flexibility, problem-solving, and communication/interpersonal skills are the soft skills we are looking for in the candidate.
— In addition to project management, the candidate will be expected to service our clients who often have little/to no understanding of technology and need someone who can translate technical into actuals for them.
— Analyse, evaluate and understand clients’ business objectives and provide strategic recommendations
— Lead client meetings and act as client liaison/customer experience manager
— High decision-making skills/analytical and critical thinker
— Set up JIRA for projects, including ticket creation, pointing, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
— Lead scrum meetings (as required) with the dev and design team
— Monthly tracking of budget, timeline, and burn rates for all projects
— Weekly reporting on project status
— Attend client interviews and contribute to project management plan creation for RFPs
— Create meeting minutes and agenda
— Flexibility — Agile process is not always followed perfectly on these projects
— Familiarity with both the design and development process
Ideal familiarity with design and development process for Apps

We are looking for a PM with:
— 3+ years of commercial experience as a Project Management in IT
— Upper-intermediate+ English level to communicate with clients
— Commercial experience in releasing and maintaining projects in the production environment
— Experience in identifying and ensuring scaling opportunities within the account
— Strong theoretical and technical background in project and release management, development of policies and procedures
— Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, SaaS-based products
— Hands-on experience in planning, executing, successful delivery, requirements and risk management
