Junior/Middle Business Analyst (Pre-Sales Activities) (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for a Junior/Middle Business Analyst to support our pre-sales activities and help drive business growth. You will collaborate with our sales and technical teams, assist in requirement analysis, and ensure alignment between client expectations and technical feasibility. This role will start as a part-time position with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-sales calls with sales teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Assist in the decomposition of projects, ensuring clear requirement definition and delegation.
• Prepare and present technical solutions that align with customer needs and budget.
• Create clear and structured technical documentation for proposals.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and offshore teams to ensure smooth communication.
• Conduct workshops and presentations for customer executives and technical stakeholders.
• Work closely with project managers and sales teams to refine proposals and optimize project scope.

Requirements

• 0.5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira and other project management tools.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (both written and spoken).
• Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in fintech and/or blockchain is a plus.
• Experience in software pre-sales activities is a strong advantage.
