More about the project:
The service allows supermarkets to deliver groceries to the client’s address and leave the groceries in the thermoregulated boxes. The client can pick up the groceries at a convenient time.
The business model is B2B2C.
— Project’s main targeted customers are Swedish SMEs (grocery stores). We are building the MVP with limited features that would reflect only the key functions of the product.
— The system has 4 roles: end-user, delivery person, order manager, admin. Thus, we need 4 products: mobile app for the end-user, mobile app for the delivery person, web-dashboard for order manager & web-dashboard for admin.
— The order of groceries by the customer within the system is out of MVP scope. For MVP, the order can be conducted through different channels and is handled manually by the customer’s order manager.
Compartments will have an esp32 chip installed. Technically, the mobile app will have to control the chip via Bluetooth with the following commands: open/close, manager temperature.
