— At least 3 years of experience working on illustrations and character conceptsfor games.
— An exceptional understanding of mood, lighting, composition, color-coding with a keen eye towards form, shape, structure, anatomy, proportions, and silhouette.
— Advanced knowledge of Photoshop or similar painting software.
— Ability to transfer a list of starting conditions and wishes to a coherent, harmonious image.
— Experience of working in realistic stylistics: abilities to reproduce nature of real materials and to think over functional purposes of each detail.
— Logical, constructive, thoughtful approach.
— Sense of style, ability to elaborate and explain it to others.
— Several years of experience as a 2D or 3D Artist.
— The ability to carry an idea from the conceptual phase to the finished illustration and an understanding of translating these ideas to real-time gamecontent.
— Proficiency in English and/or Russian.

— Experience in the post-apocalyptic style.
— Knowledge of the Metro universe.
— Experience with game engines.
— Passion for atmospheric desolate worlds.
— Versatility in used tools and performed tasks, ability to use any additional software for the task.
— Passion for FPS games.
— Visual FX experience (particles, postprocess, flares etc).
