* ...coordinate the daily candidate operations between our recruiters, sourcers and candidates.
* ...search in our database and the web for the absolute perfect matching candidate.
* ...you will educate and coach people about German interview processes.
* ...you will lead pre-planned interviews with candidates and assess their qualifications and aspirations.
