Responsibilities:
- Attracting new customers, development of active sales;
- Development of relationships with strategic clients;
- Development and expansion of the partner network;
- Form and implement the company’s growth strategy;
- Form a marketing strategy and ensure its implementation;
- Team management, development, and growth of team members;
- Control of accounting of all activities with clients in HubSpot.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales / growth of B2B businesses in the field of high technologies / provision of IT services;
- Knowledge of technology, business models, subject matter, and trends within Retail / Finance and Telco industries;
- Strong problem solver and creative thinking;
- Ability to travel on an as needed basis;
- Experience managing and monitoring performance metrics across large scale accounts and account portfolios;
- Superb verbal and written communication, with seasoned presentation skills;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proven ability to manage client engagements under high stress to successful completion;
- English: Upper-Intermediate+.
