Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales/growth of B2B businesses in the field of high technologies/provision of IT services;
  • Experience in marketing to build and keep effective lead generation funnels, grow trust to the company and market awareness about company services;
  • Knowledge of technology, business models, subject matter, and trends within Retail / Finance and Telco — industries;
  • Strong problem solver and creative thinker;
  • Experience managing and monitoring performance metrics across large-scale accounts and account portfolios;
  • Proven ability to manage client engagements under high stress to successful completion;
  • Superb verbal and written communication, with seasoned presentation skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; and leadership skills;
  • Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English level (B2-C1)

Will be a plus

  • Ability to travel on an as-needed basis

Responsibilities and activities

  • Attracting new customers, developing active sales;
  • Development of relationships with strategic clients;
  • Achieve agreed KPIs;
  • Development and expansion of the partner network;
  • Form and implement the growth strategy (sales & marketing)
  • Design and manage funnels to lend leads marketing qualified leads in the company CRM
  • Building your growth team
  • Team management, development, and growth of team members
  • Perform market analysis and forecasting (market, stakeholders, competitors)
