Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales/growth of B2B businesses in the field of high technologies/provision of IT services;
- Experience in marketing to build and keep effective lead generation funnels, grow trust to the company and market awareness about company services;
- Knowledge of technology, business models, subject matter, and trends within Retail / Finance and Telco — industries;
- Strong problem solver and creative thinker;
- Experience managing and monitoring performance metrics across large-scale accounts and account portfolios;
- Proven ability to manage client engagements under high stress to successful completion;
- Superb verbal and written communication, with seasoned presentation skills;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; and leadership skills;
- Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English level (B2-C1)

- Ability to travel on an as-needed basis
Responsibilities and activities
- Attracting new customers, developing active sales;
- Development of relationships with strategic clients;
- Achieve agreed KPIs;
- Development and expansion of the partner network;
- Form and implement the growth strategy (sales & marketing)
- Design and manage funnels to lend leads marketing qualified leads in the company CRM
- Building your growth team
- Team management, development, and growth of team members
- Perform market analysis and forecasting (market, stakeholders, competitors)
