Responsibilities:

  • Attracting new customers, development of active sales;
  • Development of relationships with strategic clients;
  • Development and expansion of the partner network;
  • Form and implement the company’s growth strategy;
  • Form a marketing strategy and ensure its implementation;
  • Team management, development, and growth of team members;
  • Control of accounting of all activities with clients in HubSpot.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales / growth of B2B businesses in the field of high technologies / provision of IT services;
  • Knowledge of technology, business models, subject matter, and trends within Retail / Finance and Telco industries;
  • Strong problem solver and creative thinking;
  • Ability to travel on an as needed basis;
  • Experience managing and monitoring performance metrics across large scale accounts and account portfolios;
  • Superb verbal and written communication, with seasoned presentation skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Proven ability to manage client engagements under high stress to successful completion;
  • English: Upper-Intermediate+.
