Вимоги:

— At least 2 years of project management experience in the IT;
— Experience in working with clients;
— Strong understanding of modern technologies and solutions;
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
— Leadership and organizational skills;
— At least Upper-Intermediate English level (written and spoken).

Обов’язки:

1. Participate in project management calls;
2. Preparation of assessments with the project implementation team in hours;
3. Proactively find opportunities to increase the amount of work with the current client;
4. Work actively together with sales to sell new projects;
5. Develop a team member;
6. Provide the formation of documentation on the project at the request of the team with available resources, by controlling the hours on the project and the ability to independently include new tasks in the project, if they provide the target indicators for hours / deadlines on the project;
7. Providing to the Director of Delivery:
   
   
   • Reports on your project
   • Project estimates for the formation of a project passport
8. Preparing before the call for project management a report with the status of projects in the format:
   
   • Project
   • Status (in progress / delivered)
   • Scheduled hours
   • Actual hours used
   • Remaining hours (as the difference between plan-fact)
   • Remaining hours based on current Jira / GitHub issue score
   • Planned date of delivery of the project
   • Estimated date of delivery of the project
9. Provide / monitor the implementation of projects:

• with the target direction of the watch
• within the approved time frame
• with high customer and team satisfaction (NPS / eNPS)
