We’re looking for a Head of SEO & Performance Marketing to take full ownership of our SEO and Paid Media directions — leading the teams, strengthening our service offering, and ensuring consistent growth results for B2B tech clients.

This is a strategic leadership role that requires strong hands-on experience in SEO, combined with a solid understanding of Paid Media principles and performance logic. The ideal candidate brings a track record of building and guiding high-performing teams, aligning marketing efforts with business objectives, and continuously improving how we attract, convert, and retain leads through both organic and paid channels.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Growth Strategy & Channel Ownership

  • Build and execute a full-funnel strategy across SEO and Paid Media.
  • Align both channels with client business goals and agency growth targets.
  • Drive innovation through AI tools, trend analysis, and performance insights.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and scale cross-functional SEO and Paid teams.
  • Define structure, set objectives, and support career development.
  • Ensure the team works efficiently with a strong delivery culture.

Client Consulting & Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Act as a senior advisor to top-tier clients — guiding strategy and aligning efforts with measurable goals.
  • Oversee key campaign performance without getting into day-to-day execution.
  • Collaborate with Creative, MarTech, and Customer Success teams to ensure full-funnel effectiveness.

Performance & Business Impact

  • Own department KPIs: traffic growth, lead generation, ROI, delivery quality, and profitability.
  • Identify growth opportunities, test new tactics, and support service innovation.
  • Partner with leadership on pricing models, team scaling, and delivery processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years in performance marketing, with a strong background in both SEO and Paid Media.
  • Proven experience leading and developing cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect acquisition efforts to business outcomes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confident in using data, funnel metrics, and performance tools to make decisions.
  • Comfortable with tools like GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush.
  • Bonus: agency experience or involvement in shaping service operations.
