We are therefore looking for an experienced Support Operations Analyst who can work effectively with great colleagues all over the world to ensure successful maintenance, improvement and ongoing development of tools and procedures that is needed for our Customer Support to successfully carry out their work according to international legislation.
Your profile
· You are fluent in English (written and spoken) and have a bachelor degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
· Technical expertise regarding data models and database design development
· Proficient at thinking process oriented
· Service oriented
· Experience with administration Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus
· Some experience with Microsoft SQL Server, reading Database Structures and writing SQL queries is a plus
· Familiar with Reporting tools (such as Report Builder)
Key Tasks
· Prepare reports on Customer Support data for internal and external stakeholders using business analytics reporting tools and statistical techniques
Create data dashboards, graphs and visualisations
Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes in Customer Support
· Implementation, maintenance and support of tools necessary for the support department to do their daily work (Support system, phone system, customer satisfaction survey, reporting etc)
· Education and training of colleagues
· Some travel activity, primarily to Denmark
