Areas of responsibility:
— Recruitment to the open IT and non-IT positions
— Work with recruitment database
— Monitoring of labor market
— Participation in employer branding activities

You should have experience in the following fields:
— At least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment (IT recruitment agencies, IT companies) is a must
— Basic understanding of programming technologies
— Fluent in written and spoken English
— Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
— Experience in searching for the Translator positions (English, German, Italian etc.) and other vacancies that are connected with the knowledge of foreign languages, is a plus
— Higher education (in IT field is a big plus)

You should possess the following personal competencies:
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
— Responsibility and good team working skills
— Ability to handle multiple tasks under the deadlines
