About the role:

We’re looking for a Junior Organic Social Media Manager to support the day-to-day management of our social channels, including planning and distribution of content, community management, and structural tasks. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands internet culture and community management across different social media platforms, has a strong eye for content, and is structured and can keep an overview of complex processes.

You’ll work closely with 3Shape’s senior social media manager to ensure a stable baseline of organic social media operations.

Areas of responsibility:

Content production

• Finalize copy documents after regulatory review and ensure that all disclaimers and edits are correct
• Organize content based on monthly content plan
• Share monthly content with our markets
• Build monthly content overview
• Idea-generate and support content production

Content publishing

• Schedule and publish content to global channels through Hootsuite

Community management

• Monitor inbox on owned global channels and engage with our customers in a timely and authentic way
• Monitor external Facebook groups and coordinate answers with relevant team members

Reporting

• Tagging content in Hootsuite for global reports

Documenting

• Assist in documenting processes.
  
  
  
  

To succeed in your role, you should possess the following skills and competencies:

• Social media savvy

You know your way in the organic social media sphere and have a solid understanding of the platforms, their differences, and strengths. You have hands-on experience managing or working with social media accounts for (larger) companies; B2B preferred but not mandatory.

• Organized and detail-oriented

You are by nature organized and structured, as the role requires a good overview and clear communication.

• English level — Advanced

You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.

• Collaboration and stakeholder management

You are a natural collaborator, and you have great interpersonal skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with social media management tools

E.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social or similar

• Experience with content creation tools

E.g., Figma, Canva

• Experience with reporting

E.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics

• Experience with content production
