Experience: 2+ years.
2+ years experience managing the delivery of software-based content delivery, projects and/or programs.
Proficient in effectively communicating to a wide range of audiences in both written and oral form.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience in both process and solution development
Maturity and ability to work independently and with a team in a dynamic project environment.
Knowledge of basic project management tenets (scheduling with dependencies and shared resources, GANTT charts)
Additional languages (German or other European languages)
Experience as an end-user and/or understanding of capabilities and usage for:
— 3Ds Max / Blender or other 3D Modeling tools
— Vray or other rendering technology
— Photography, image composition basics
— Web Design technologies

Lead 3D content and solution development projects between clients, sales staff, and partners to ensure on-time delivery. Requires strong project management skills. Broad knowledge of project management methodologies and proficiency in at least one method. Experience following project management standards.
Oversee the delivery of multiple, high profile projects that use shared resources and require multiple levels of client approval through the process.
Conduct kick-off meetings with clients and delivery leads to initiate new projects.
Follow company policies for project delivery and contribute to the continued improvement and documentation of these policies as part of the team.
Maintain professionalism while keeping clients engaged in the project and aware of their responsibilities for project success.
Report project status regularly to clients, management and sales account representatives.
Identify project issues and solve among team members whenever possible.
Escalate larger problems/challenges to management with proposed solutions.
