We completed over 600 successful projects, and we’re not slowing down. With ambitious growth plans for this year, we’re looking for a passionate, talented SDR to join our team and work closely with the CEO to drive the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities using a multi-channel approach, including outbound cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other strategies.
- Use targeted questions to understand lead needs and identify their qualifications.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system ensures all lead information is well-documented.
- Prepare customized messages and offers for potential customers.
- Follow-up calling & emailing;
Requirements:
- 0.5+ year of experience in outbound cold calling;
- Experience in lead generation and SDR, preferably in IT or related industries.
- English from minimum of B2 (Upper-Intermediate) for effective communication with foreign clients.
- Knowledge of lead generation tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Apollo.io, Snov.io, etc.
- Ability to work with CRM systems (ActiveCampaign)
- Excellent communication skills and result orientation.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a sales environment.

The Interview Process Includes:

- A technical evaluation session, including a simulation of a discovery call and a cold outbound call.
