3+ years of experience in in UX/UI design;
Experience in working with SAAS B2B products;
Strong portfolio showcasing design work that has shipped to market as well as your design process;
Understanding and up to date experience with modern web application technologies and responsive web design;
Ability to read and understand analytics;
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain creative concepts, requirements, and process clearly and concisely;
Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-oriented;
Self-motivated, hard-working, and eager to learn;
Be passionate about the balance between strong usability and innovative, delightful design;
Have a holistic approach to design and create elegantly simple solutions to complex problems;
Upper-intermediate level of English.

Work with wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes to support design decisions;

You should be a meticulous, product-oriented designer as well as a bold creative with big picture vision. As part of a cross-functional team, you’ll partner closely with product and marketing and sales teams to develop compelling designs for our products. You’ll also find innovative ways to evolve and scale our brand expression, and ensure everything we design is cohesive and reflect our voice and brand guidelines.
