N+ years Lead/Manager experience for 6+ QA scale
Advanced/Expert knowledge of testing basics (test approaches, types, design techniques, web services testing, etc.)
QA automation basic knowledge, experience with leading/managing automation Team, hands on experience with automation test cases creation on any language (preferably Python, RobotFramework), setting up automation reporting and KPIs, etc.
Experience with setting QA metrics and tracking QA Team progress
Risk management basics
B1+ and higher English level
Advanced/Expert communication and negotiations skills
Delegation, stress resistance, conflict solving skills.

Coordinate work for ~5-10 and more QA Team members (including both manual and automation QA with different levels of seniority) integrated into different development Teams.
Constant support and improvement of existing quality standards
Assist in the QA recruiting process (interviews, feedbacks, evaluations, etc)
Define priorities for QA Teams
Plan, coordinate and monitor/track QA Teams activities & be ready to correct team actions to fit to delivery timelines
Assess QA-related risks
Support and optimize manual and automation reporting
Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting QAs in line with project quality standards
Participate in hands on testing (whether manual GUI, BE or automation) if that is needed
Coordinate regression activities, smoke on UAT, PROD environments, QA sign off.
Take part in next deliveries planning and efforts estimations
Take part in regular SCRUM activities (dailies, planning, demo, etc.)
Take proactive part in products analysis and processes tuning
