The role is opened in the Operations department and your responsibilities are to support and deliver Client platform deployments in close cooperation with our Devops team.
Our AI platform is cloud-based and built using micro-services and Kubernetes. You will play an active role in supporting external and internal Clients by answering their questions, troubleshooting any issue with the AI platform and deploying our product to all Clients.
By filling this position we are looking for a person who is used to working in a team, yet can also perform autonomously. Everything we do, we do with passion and service mindset and the same is expected from you. This position involves communication via calls and email with our Clients, as well as interdepartmental cooperation.
