Requirements:

  • Strong online portfolio;
  • 1+ years of working experience in digital marketing within a B2C company or product;
  • Experience in designing posts for SMM;
  • Experience in creating various types of marketing materials in different styles for different brands;
  • Understanding of the principles of Human-centered design;
  • Diverse experience with Figma, After Effects, or any other tool for animation, site builders for creating landing pages, any tool of choice for illustrations;
  • Ability to create designs in various styles (flat, skeuomorphism, even brutalism if needed);
  • Basic understanding of marketing analytics;
  • Business-driven attitude to design.

As a Plus:

  • Experience in motion design;
  • Work experience with Tilda, WebFlow or ReadyMag;
  • Experience in shooting and editing videos, both for commercial and personal projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design of marketing materials (static and animated posts, illustrations and infographics) according to the marketing content calendar;
  • Develop templates of posts and create a style guide for all media materials by different products;
  • Develop and design product presentations & templates;
  • Design interactive web pages in site builders;
  • Cooperate with marketers, copywriters, and other designers to achieve new goals;
  • Look for ways to improve the user experience continually.
