Requirements:
• More then 3 years of experience in design (web & mobile apps);
• Experience Sketch/Figma, Zeplin, Principle, AfterEffects, Marvel and other design tools;
• Strong knowledge of Apple Human Interface Guidlines / Material Design;
• Knowledge of visual design principles (color, contrast, composition, typography, etc.);
• Understanding of Atomic Design principles;
• Customer Development experience;
• HCD, Design Thinking, Lean design processes knowledge;
• Strong knowledge of UX Copywriting;
• Knowledge of Jobs To Be Done;
• Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation);
• High-level understanding of product development cycle & technical foundations;
• Knowledge of digital trends and modern UI design approaches;
• Creativity and attention to detail;
• Strong online portfolio (detailed cases).
Desirable:
• Ability to creating design systems from zero to one;
• Blender / Cinema 4D experience.

What would you do:
• Develop & deliver boundary pushing service concepts;
• Support the business development team with creative input, client meetings, concepts in pre-sale activity;
• Collaborate with a team to deeply understand client business & user needs and drive user empathy;
• Create clickable prototypes & conduct usability testing;
• Collaborate with product managers to create and develop both features and their success metrics;
• Collaborate with Design and Product team leadership to improve our standards;
• Drive projects from zero to one and follow through with iterative improvement;
• Partner with development team to bring gorgeous user interfaces to life;
• Participation in planning and project evaluation;
• Provide junior designers mentorship.
