Requirements:
• 1+ year of relevant working experience in Recruitment;
• Experience with technical recruitment and developing long-term talent pipelines;
• Excellent sourcing and engagement skills;
• English proficiency (speaking/writing);
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to change;
• Sense of initiative, attention to details.

What would you do:
• Creating job descriptions, post and promote vacancies;
• Actively source candidates using a variety of channels, develop diverse candidate pools (including passive candidates), and generate pipelines for each position;
• Drive the recruitment process (organizing, screening, interviewing, etc.);
• Participate in specific job fairs/recruitment events if necessary;
• Maintain and update all necessary reports;
• Participate in employer branding strategy development.
