Необхідні навички

• 3+ years of experience as a C&B specialist
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and other Office programs
• Experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
• Previous experience with internal organizational and external market surveys
• Familiarity with various types of motivational approaches and benefits
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Good organizational skills and ability to accomplish goals
• Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations
• Accurateness and attention to details
• Enjoy working with people and to be a part of a team
• Advanced English (both written and oral).

Обов’язки

• Develop and implement a compensation policy according to company’s strategy, culture and business goals
• Participate in budgeting process for the company
• Participate in compensation and IT market surveys to define actual pay rates and benefits
• Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with IT market and react according to the market changes
• Assess personal needs by conducting organizational surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees
• Deploy company benefit’s programs based on IT market analysis and forecasts
• Promote all types of benefits and its success metrics via effective communication within the company
• Developing corporate procedures, their implementing and administering in internal systems
• Maintaining of Absence Policy in internal systems
• Keeping the document workflow and prepare systematic reports
• Providing full cycles of any staff structural changes (incl. starting, promotion and termination) with close cooperation with Financial department
• Effective cooperation with Top, Line, Functional Management and HR Team.
