• BS or MS in Computer Science or Degree in a similar field
• Extensive experience in analyzing statistics of performance monitoring tools
• Understanding of performance testing concepts, methodologies and standards
• 3+ years of experience in managing performance testing projects
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with performance/load, volume, and scalability testing
• Highly skilled in load generation tools such as JMeter
• Working knowledge of performance bottlenecks and end-to-end performance web performance measures
• An understanding of protocols including HTTP, HTTPS, TCP/IP, WebSokets, XHR, Protobuf and DNS
• An understanding of networking and web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, JSP, ASP, Flash, etc.
• Experience with Windows, UNIX, Web Services, REST, Java, Python, Perl and others
• Practical experience with Fiddler, Wireshark or other sniffers
• Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good organizational skills coupled with a detail-oriented approach to testing and ability to work collaboratively to resolve problems
• Experience with Kibana, Grafana
• Docker, AWS, Ansible, Bamboo
• Knowledge on scripting languages

• Lead the planning, design, development, testing and implementation of performance testing best practices
• Provide advanced expertise in designing and enhancing performance test automation
• Lead estimation process, testing, coordination and status reporting for complex performance testing projects/efforts
• Work with business and IT teams to determine and capture performance requirements
• Create and design performance test strategies and approaches for complex applications and development projects
• Provide technical expertise regarding tools and processes for performance test automation
• Collaborate with PMs, architects, developers and analysts to plan, develop Performance Test Plan, Test Strategy and Load Profile
• Document and provide guidance to performance test practice in respect to best practices, process improvement and performance test strategies
• Identify load testing scenarios and profiles, analyze complex problems/issues arising as a result of test failures, identify bottlenecks, work with development to resolve issues.
• Guide and mentor junior performance team members

We are looking for a talented technical manager to oversee the company’s most challenging performance testing projects as a Performance Test Team Leader.

The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader passionate about the most advanced technologies and methods in software performance testing, has a great communication and leadership skills.

As a part of System Test Group, you will lead complex performance test projects by developing the strategy and approach, ensuring performance test harness development, execution and maintenance.
You will be responsible for leading and monitoring all performance testing activities in the complex, distributed and multi-tiered systems.
