• Good command of English (Advanced level)
• Good knowledge of evaluation tools and practical experience of its usage (360 degree, Thomas, Assessment Center, etc)
• Experience in development and coordination of training programs
• Good analytical skills
• Great presentation skills (both preparing presentations and delivering message orally)
• 4+ years in the relevant working field
Responsibilities by tools:
T&D
• Coordination, update and development of corporate external soft skills training data base.
• Cooperation with local HR partners on trainers base update and development.
• Tracking of database filling, feedback collecting by HR partners.
• Negotiations with new local and abroad providers, provider’s training program analysis and customization according to corporate goals.
• Preparation of soft skills training budget and schedule matrix for internal corporate learning programs.
• Cooperation with internal training center on joint soft skills programs.
• Tracking of contracts with providers.
• Provide support to HRD and HR partners on all soft skills trainings related questions.
• Development of soft skills mapping to job descriptions (career development project)
• Prepare analysis of corporate soft skills training usage.
HR CoE development and activities
• Cooperate with HR CoE Experts/assistant on key projects (360 degree, assessment centers, etc)
• Develop corporate competencies, evaluations by request
• Provide support to HRD’s and HR partners on all HR CoE related questions globally
• Participate in assessment centers as observer and coordinator;
• Support and update HR CoE page on Intranet
HR Expert is responsible for development and implementation of T&D practices and assessment tools on organizational level working for defined Center of Expertise. He/She is a practical expert on evaluation methods (360 degree, assessment center, Thomas DISC, etc) and search of potential training providers on global market covering all locations of Company’s presence.
