2+ years of functional analytics or similar experience.
Fluent verbal and written business English is a must.
Proactive attitude and communication skills.
Hands-on experience in working based on one of the software development lifecycle: RUP, Waterfall, SCRUM, Agile.
Understanding of the following areas: scoping, impact assessment, gap analysis, business requirements/functional requirements.
Hands-on experience in preparation of technical documentation (TDD, FDD, FSD).
Good practical SQL skills for data selection.
Experience in remote client/team collaboration.
Ability to drive requirements with client, using: strong arguments, chasing, appropriate level of highlighting.
Working experience in enterprise level solutions (DWH, BI analytical/reporting systems).
Knowledge of at least one of the solutions (MS SQL, ORACLE/PL SQL, QlickView, Cognos, INFORMATICA).

Analysis of existing processes and procedures of interaction between Development teams, Service teams, remote support teams, and customers. Preparation of technical and process documentation based on analysis made. Scope of tasks may include (but will not be limited to) describing of existing processes for transfer to remote team, “translating” release-notes for new software to customer friendly language, participation in contractual type of documents creation (like SLA, OLA, SOM). Also candidate will be involved to Software engineering process group work, which main purpose to review, document and improve processes being followed within the Program.
Program in Top 5 bank’s domain with regulatory projects for US, Europe, Asia, etc for top tier investment bank. Full cycle delivery, starting from high-level requirements definition and through to detailed technical design and implementation. Most of the solutions are in live state (delivered to PRODUCTION).
