The role of the Business Intelligence Analyst Stream Lead is on time design and delivery of the high quality reporting and analytics that meet the real business needs.
Main Responsibilities:
— Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
— Define reporting and analytical solution scope, goals and deliverables that support project goals in collaboration with stakeholders
— Support the development and implementation of appropriate metrics or Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
— Analyze available data sources in order to validate requirements and support improvements with data integrity
— Ensure analyzing data quality including data validation and standardization, data cleansing, data integrity completeness and consistency
— Reporting design and implementation keeping in mind uniqueness of indicators, formula accuracy
— Data visualization focusing on user needs, usability and user experience
— Reporting and analytical solution presentation, user training preparation and delivery, knowledge transfer
Mandatory Requirements:
— Master Degree in Business, Information Systems or a related field
— Proficiency with Data Warehouse (DW) and Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) technologies
— Deep understanding DW/BI lifecycle
— Proficiency with RDBMS, OLTP and SQL language
— Proficiency with Extract-Transform-Loading (ETL) technologies and tools
— Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Access and Visual Basic
— Understanding of offshore software development specifics
— English — upper intermediate (verbal and written)
— At least 3 years professional experience working with Web-scale databases, Hadoop or NoSQL technologies
— At least 3 years professional experience in Business Intelligence solution, e.g. Microsoft, Oracle or IBM BI tools, Qlikview, OBIEE, Cognos, Microstrategy, Business Objects, SAP BEx, Hyperion, SAS or other open-source analogue technologies
— Experience on complex integration projects
