At least 2 years product management experience creating product plans for an innovative software product in an entrepreneurial environment.

Experience creating simple, elegant user experiences with robust functionality

Significant experience working in an Agile development environment, particularly Scrum.

Comfortable with Data-Driven Development: Study and analyze product metrics at a large scale to determine opportunities for optimization and improved product performance

Be able to effectively communicate with local and remote teams in engineering, product and user experience, customer success and marketing

BS/BA degree. Preferably in engineering or exact science. MS/MBA is a plus

Knowledge of Internet technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript and server side technologies) as well as AWS, Java or other programming language.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

Experience delivering high quality user facing web products is a plus

Strong project management skills, including the ability to think and lead complex project

Successful history of delivering customer-driven products designed to create a great customer experience

Continuously plan and execute on a product roadmap

Create short product specifications and user stories. Oversee implementation by the engineering groups through launch.

Functioning as the Product Owner for a cross-functional Agile Scrum development team — managing the entire feature and product life cycle from planning through development and launch.

Working hand-in-hand with user experience and engineering teams to turn the product vision into reality.

Working closely with Product Management and technical leadership to make sure that the project plan is feasible and followed.

Collaborating with stakeholders about features and product deliverables, including gathering feature requirements and managing expectations.
