THE OPPORTUNITY
This position is mainly a communications position and performs marketing research, lead identification and prospecting functions for our clients. It will utilize your professional communication, written and verbal English skills, your research and lead qualification skills, as well as your marketing and sales skills in the Branding/Marketing/Software industry.

Sales Support Specialist will locate companies across the US and Europe, identify and attempt to communicate with the appropriate decision maker in the company (usually a Marketing Director, VP, C-Level) using Social Networking tools such as Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Meetup, Jigsaw, XING, Foursquare, Gowalla, etc. When Sales Support Specialist has identified a sales-ready lead, it gets passed along to our client.

Sales Support Specialist will use the Internet resources to search, identify and communicate with the companies of interest. When the company has been identified, it is registered in the CRM system, as well as each following contact he/she makes with the company. Sales Support Specialist will document the result of each email, call, and task in the CRM system.

THE PERSON
Qualifications & Experience
— Fluent English, preferably with Received Pronunciation. Great written and verbal communication skills
— Higher education preferred (Students: last years of university)
— Social Networking experience with Facebook, Twitter, Meetup, Jigsaw, etc.
— Basic understanding of / experience with CRM systems
— Outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience preferred
— Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet)
— Basic comprehension of the Marketing and Branding industry
— Ability to navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers and determine buying process
— Negotiation skills — ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive
— Ability to learn quickly and think quickly. Motivation and drive qualities
— Inquisitive nature. Life-long learner who loves learning about anything
— Self-reliant and reliable, responsible work attitude
— Experience of living in an English-speaking country preferable
